This machine is mainly composed of frame, pressure plate, oil cylinder, oil pump unit, oil tank, electrical box and so on.
When the machine is working, the pressure oil supplied by the oil pump unit is limited by the safety valve and enters the manual reversing valve. When the manual reversing valve works in the left position, the pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the cylinder, and pushes the pressure plate down through the piston and piston rod. The oil in the lower chamber of the cylinder flows back to the tank through the reversing valve. When the manual reversing valve works in the middle position, the oil in the upper and lower chamber of the cylinder is locked by the reversing valve, and the pressure plate can maintain pressure and stay in any position. The pressure oil enters the lower chamber of the cylinder and pushes the pressure plate upward. The oil in the upper chamber of the cylinder flows back to the tank through the reversing valve.
The upper end of the cylinder is provided with a central device to reduce the impact when the pressure runs to the maximum limit position.
